Sports & Activities — Sisters

Move, connect, belong.

Sisters Sports & Activities creates a welcoming, inclusive space for sisters to connect through sports, wellbeing, and community-driven events — encouraging active lifestyles while strengthening meaningful connections.

About us

Built by sisters, for sisters.

Sisters S&A was established in November 2024, with its first event held in April 2025. Run by a team of five sisters, the initiative was created to bring sisters together through shared experiences that promote both physical wellbeing and social connection.

Our events are shaped by the ideas and suggestions of the community, allowing us to create unique, engaging, and inclusive experiences. We strive to strengthen sisterhood and encourage active lifestyles in a supportive and comfortable environment.

What we do

1

Community & Connection

We host regular events (monthly or bi-monthly) that provide a space for sisters to meet, socialise, and build lasting connections in a relaxed and welcoming setting.

2

Wellbeing & Activity

Our events focus on promoting physical activity and overall wellbeing — from sports-based sessions to interactive workshops that support physical health.

3

Engaging Experiences

Each event is thoughtfully designed to be enjoyable and meaningful — whether through games, workshops, or creative activities, there's something for everyone.
