When you contact us, volunteer, partner, or donate, we may collect:

- Phone number (if you provide one)
- The content of messages you send us
- Donation amounts and frequency (processed by Stripe)
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry or process your request
- To send you event updates if you've opted in
- To issue donation receipts
- To comply with legal and regulatory obligations
Payment data
Donations are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Stripe's privacy policy is at stripe.com/gb/privacy.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with:
- Service providers (Stripe for payments, Resend for email)
- Authorities if required by law
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for up to 2 years. Donation records are kept for 6 years for financial record-keeping.

- Request deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict processing
